At every opportunity we use locally grown ingredients. The seasonal produce from local farms is often fresher, better tasting and more nutritious. We also purchase much of our non-produce items, such as fresh Alaskan seafood, from local vendors. It's good for the local economy, saves on transportation costs and helps Alaskan purveyors stay in business!
